Import Halo tickets as tasks and see updates automatically

  • Import tickets from Halo PSA directly into any project board by entering ticket numbers and reviewing pre-filled task details
  • Workridge checks linked tickets every 15 minutes and shows an indicator when something changed on the ticket in Halo
  • Click the Halo ticket link on any task to jump to the original ticket or mark the update as seen to clear the indicator
  • A private note appears on each imported ticket in Halo so the team knows the task exists in Workridge
  • Attachments from Halo tickets now copy into your Workridge tasks during import so files stay with the work
