Viewers can see the projects and tasks they’re shared on but can’t take action — ideal for clients and executives. Viewer seats are free and unlimited, always.
Yes. Add or remove seats anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
After 14 days you'll need an active subscription to continue. Trials include up to 3 Full and 5 Lite seats; subscribe to add more. Your data is never deleted — you can reactivate at any time.
Invite them straight to a project. If they need to work on tasks (update status, comment, upload photos) they take a Lite seat; if they just need to follow along, they’re a free Viewer. Either way they see only the projects they’re invited to.
