Rules for acceptable use of the Workridge service

Last updated: June 17, 2026Version v1.1

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct that is prohibited when using Workridge (the “Service”), a product of Next313, a registered d/b/a of Dignetix Ltd., a Michigan corporation. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Workridge Terms of Service (“Terms”); capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms.

This AUP applies to every User of the Service, including a Customer’s administrators, members, and external collaborators (vendors, clients, guests, and read-only viewers). A Customer is responsible for ensuring its Users and invitees comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, store, share, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity;
  • Infringes or misappropriates intellectual-property (IP) rights or violates privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
  • Contains malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or links intended to harm systems or users;
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive, or constitutes hate speech or incitement to violence;
  • Is sexually exploitative of minors or otherwise unlawful sexual content; or
  • The Service is not designed for the storage or processing of regulated or highly sensitive personal data (including, without limitation, payment card information, government-issued identifiers, or protected health information), and such use is prohibited unless expressly authorized in a written agreement signed by us.

3. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others; or
  • Use the Service to develop, benchmark, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to copy the Service’s features, functions, or user interface.

4. Security and System Integrity

You must not:

  • Attempt to breach, test, or circumvent the Service’s security, authentication, or tenant-isolation controls;
  • Access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another organization or User without authorization;
  • Probe, scan, or penetration-test the Service without our prior written consent;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service activity;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits; or
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except through functionality we provide and as the Terms permit.

5. Data and Privacy Responsibilities

You are responsible for having the rights and consents necessary to submit Customer Content to the Service and for handling it lawfully. You must not use the Service to collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws, and you must respect the access scope you grant to external collaborators. Inviting organizations remain responsible for what they expose through invitations, share links, and published board or portfolio views.

We are not responsible for any exposure of content resulting from sharing settings, public links, or published views configured by the Customer or its Users.

6. Usage and Resource Limits

You must use the Service reasonably and not impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure, including excessive API usage, automated scraping, or other patterns that materially degrade performance for other users.

You must not exceed documented rate or usage limits, circumvent Seat or access limits, or share a single Seat among multiple individuals except as the Terms permit. Automated or programmatic access must stay within any published limits and must not degrade the Service for others.

7. Notifications and Anti-Spam

You must not use the Service’s notifications, invitations, or messaging features to send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications, and you must comply with applicable anti-spam and electronic-communications laws.

8. Artificial Intelligence Features

You must not use AI-assisted features (for example, “Ask Workridge AI”) to attempt to access data outside your permissions, to generate content prohibited by this AUP, or to circumvent security or tenant isolation or to generate outputs intended to mislead, defraud, or misrepresent information to others.

AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying them before relying on them.

9. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected violation, security issue, or abuse, contact us at workridgehelp@next313.com.

10. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or disable content, restrict or suspend access, or terminate accounts in accordance with the Terms. We may take immediate action, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law. We may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as required by law. We are not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this AUP.

We are not responsible for Customer Content or the actions of Users, including external collaborators, and disclaim any liability arising from misuse of the Service in violation of this AUP or the Terms.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice as described in the Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
